A pump station service agreement is a monthly maintenance plan covering regular inspection, servicing, and maintenance of your sump pump, basement pump, or drainage pump system. Lower Pumps offers plans from £20/month + VAT, all of which include a full written job report.

Residential pump stations should be serviced at least once a year. For higher-risk properties or those in flood-prone areas, bi-annual servicing is recommended. Our Standard and Premium plans both include scheduled annual visits.

Yes. All our service agreements cover sump pumps, basement pumps, and drainage pump systems. If you have multiple stations, your second station is always included free of charge.

Every visit includes a full mechanical inspection of pumps and float switches, alarm testing, chamber cleaning, and a written report detailing findings and any recommendations. Premium plan customers also have parts and one emergency call-out included per year.
